Imperial Order of Saint Anne. 3rd model (1828–1917), 3rd-grade cross, 40.0 x 35.5 mm, official fabrication by Albert Keibel in Sankt Petersburg between 1899 and 1905, gold and enamels, 10.0 g (with ribbon), enamel painting, on the reverse of the upper cross arm under the enamels double-headed eagle mark of the court suppliers from 1840 until 1917 and on the reverse of the lower cross arm under the enamels master's mark "AK", on the loop kokoshnik gold mark for 56 zolotniki from 1899 until 1908 with assayer's mark "AP" for A. Rikhter or A. W. Romanov, with pentagonal ribbon. RRU 32; ZK2 3167.

Имперáторский орден Святой Анны. ??Крест 3 типа (1828–1917), 3 степени, 38.9 x 34.4 мм, капитульный, изготовлен Альбертом Кейбелем в СПбурге между 1899 и 1905 г, золото и эмаль, 10,0 г (с лентой), роспись по эмали, на оборотной стороне вверху клеймо двуглавый орёл поставщика Двора Е.И.В. с 1840 по 1917 г и внизу клеймо изготовителя «AК», на ушке клеймо золото 56 золотников с 1899 по 1908 г с пробирным клеймом «AP» А.Рихтера или А.В.Романова, с пятиугольной лентой. Due to the combination of the marks on this cross, its fabrication can be narrowed down to the period between 1899 and 1905. The assayer's letters "AP" could stand for A. Rikhter, who held this office from 1898 until 1903 but also for his successor A. W. Romanov, who served as an assayer until 1908.
