REX ET REG around, no stop after REG, rev PATRONS OF VIRTUE within laurel wreath, A PRESENT FOR THE NEW YEAR around, VIRTUE in a curved line, edge plain (D&H Middlesex 1135bis). Very fine and exceedingly rare, no other example traced.
