BRITISH 18TH CENTURY TOKENS, IRELAND, Hibernian Mine Company, Copper Halfpenny (7), 1792, all edge PAYABLE IN DUBLIN OR AT BALLYMURTAGH . + ., obv seated figure of Hibernia left, INCORPORATED BY ACT OF PARLIAMENT 1792, top of head to left of A of ACT, RP of INCORPORATED touch, ARL, IA and EN of PARLIAMENT touch, 1 of date recut at the top, harp strings four through seven extend into wing, rev H M Co. cypher, CAMAC KYAN AND CAMAC HALFPLNNY, AM of first CAMAC touch, D of AND recut on right, M's of CAMAC missing right diagonal stroke, HALFPLNNY instead of HALFPENNY, upper intersection of first stroke of cypher H and first stroke flourish of cypher M is notched on the right side (D&H Dublin 45); obv top of head under left diagonal stroke of A of ACT, rev loop of cypher C to second stroke of M of second CAMAC (D&H Dublin 48); obv second A and E of PARLIAMENT are recut on the left, 2 above 9, rev top of cypher C points to right of D of AND (D&H Dublin 49); obv harp strings two through seven extend into wing, string three barely visible above the wing, very short die scratch extends from far right (2), rev MA of first CAMAC touch (D&H Dublin 51); rev top of cypher C points to space between D of AND and first C of second CAMAC (D&H Dublin 52); obv harp strings two through seven extend into wing, two very short die scratches extend from the far right base, left of the first harp string, letters CORPORAT[E]D B[Y] ACT O are all recut on the top, rev stem of K of KYAN separated from diagonal strokes and YA touch, AND widely spaced, MA of second CAMAC touch (D&H Dublin 54); obv ARL and AM of PARLIAMENT touch, flaw through first A of PARLIAMENT, harp strings two through five extend slightly into wing with string six extending farther, rev top of cypher C points to right of D of AND, MA of first CAMAC touch, right side D of AND recut over indeterminate letter, upper intersection of first stroke of cypher H and first stroke flourish of cypher M is notched on the right side (D&H Dublin 59).
