BRITISH 18TH CENTURY TOKENS, IRELAND, Hibernian Mine Company, Copper Halfpenny, 1793, obv seated crowned figure of Hibernia right, PAYABLE AT DUBLIN OR BALLYMURTAGH, harp with five strings, point of still to centre of E of PAYABLE, B of BALLYMURTAGH recut to top, rev cypher H M Co without flourishes, CAMAC . KYAN AND CAMAC, with ONE HALFPENNY in arc below cypher, edge plain (D&H Dublin 236). A few minor scrapes and a little superficial verdigris, otherwise very fine for issue and rare.
