BRITISH 18TH CENTURY TOKENS, IRELAND, William Lutwyche, (1754-1801), toymaker, later token manufacturer, Temple Row and St Philip churchyard, Copper Halfpenny mule, obv seated figure of Hibernia left, INCORPORATED BY ACT OF PARLIAMENT 1792, harp with six strings, top of head under and touching AC of ACT, RP and RAT of INCORPORATED touch, ARL and AM of PARLIAMENT touch, harp strings two through five extend into wing, date slightly curved, 1 and 2 smaller than 7 and 9, rev bust to left, . SHAKESPEAR ., edge plain (Conder p.236, 21; Atkins p.337, 73; D&H Dublin 228). Essentially as made.
