Mexico 1763 MO MM (Au) 8 Escudos, Carolus III "Rat Nose" type, (KM: 155; onza: 751) This coin has strong bold devices with nothing to note that detracts from this superb piece. There is a light rose gold patina and good reflectiveness at the peripheries. This example is scarce in this grade, and a much desired type of the Mexican 8 escudos series.
