Hamdanid, Nasir al-dawla and Sayf al-dawla (330-356h), donative dirham with broad margins, Halab 334h, citing al-Mustakfi, rev., apparently with ibriz below, 3.34g (cf Bikhazi 82-84), struck from specially-prepared dies and with plain outer band clearly visible on reverse, some weak areas on both sides, otherwise about very fine and extremely rare (£500-700)
