His helmeted and cuirassed bust facing, holding Victory on globe and shield decorated with horseman; D N IVSTINVS P P AVI / Constantinopolis enthroned facing, head right, holding scepter and globus cruciger; VICTORIA AVGGGA around, CONOB in exergue. SB 345. Good Very Fine; some light old hairline scratches; light v shaped scratch on reverse by image (more prominent in the photo than in hand).
