CORINTHIA. Corinth. Fifth period, 345-307 B.C. AR stater. 8.49 gm. 22 mm. Pegasus flying left, koppa below / Head of Athena left wearing Corinthian helmet; I to left, bow and quiver to right. Calciati 424. Ravel 1033. Near Extremely Fine; beautifully toned; excellent style; some striking weakness on obverse where flan did not fill in the die; scattered die rust; well centered and crisply struck on a broad flan. Handsome coin.
