Thessaly, Larissa AR Trihemiobol. Last quarter of 5th century BC. ΣΟ below downwards, horseman, wearing petasos and chlamys, walking left and holding two spears; border of dots / Ρ-ΑΛ above, the Ρ retrograde, ΙΣΑ left down retrograde , the nymph Larissa, seated to right on a chair, the back of which terminates in a swan's head, her r. hand raised and holding a ball, her l. holds a hoop below; all in a shallow incuse square with rounded edges. BMC p. 26, 22, pl. IV, 14 (same dies). 1.29g, 15mm, 4h.
