The hero Thessalos, with petasos and chlamys hanging around neck, restraining forepart of bull left by band held around its head / Λ-Α / PI (retrograde), forepart of bridled horse right within incuse square. Lorber, Thessalian 13 (O8/R8); BCD Thessaly I –; BCD Thessaly II 375.2 var. (same obv. die; arrangement of ethnic); HGC 4, 460 (same obv. die as illustration). VF, toned.
