Gold Ring with Garnets. England, 1600-1650 AD. Gold ring with garnets set in cross pattern with scrolls in angles, double wire band that splits to form scroll windings that attach to the bezel. Size 9.5-10. Large and impressive 20 mm bezel with original stones. Intact and wearable. Wonderful open-work band. A museum piece.
