Gela. Circa 465-450 BC. Litra (Silver, 13mm, 0.42 g 10). Horse walking right; above, wreath. Rev. ΓΕΛΑΣ Forepart of Acheloos as a man-headed bull to right. Cf. Jenkins, Gela 256. Small chip at edge at about 10 o'clock at reverse and sligtly porous surfaces, otherwise, very fine.
