Syracuse. Agathokles, 317-289 BC. 25 Litrai (Electrum, 15mm, 3.59 g 7), struck c. 310-305. Laureate head of Apollo to left; behind head, Corinthian helmet. Rev. ΣΥΡΑΚΟΣΙΩΝ Tripod with high ring handles. Jenkins O14/R18. SNG ANS 629. Attractively toned and well-centered. Almost invisible scuff on the obverse, otherwise, extremely fine.
