Syracuse. Agathokles, 317-289 BC. Litra (Bronze, 22mm, 8.65 g 9), 306/4-289. ΣΥΡΑΚΟΣΙ[ΩΝ] Diademed head of Herakles to right. Rev. Lion standing right, raising foreleg; club above, spear in exergue. SNG ANS 739. Calciati 151. A bit off-center on obverse and slightly flat on the body of the lion on reverse, otherise, very fine.
