Larissa. Circa 420-400 BC. Drachm (Silver, 20mm, 5.88 g 11). Thessalos, with cloak and petasos over his shoulders, leaping left, both feet off the ground, holding a rushing bull by a band around its head. Rev. ΛAPI-ΣAIA Bridled horse with trailing rein galloping to right; all within shallow incuse square. BCD 1128. Herrmann Group III H, pl. III, 21. A nice and clear coin. Very fine.
