Larissa. Circa 344-337 BC. Trihemiobol (Silver, 13mm, 1.46 g 10). Head of the nymph Larissa facing, turned slightly to the left, wearing ampyx, pendant earring, and simple necklace. Rev. ΛAΡIΣAIΩN Thessalian cavalryman, wearing petasos and chlamys and holding staff, riding cantering horse to right. BCD 1162 (same reverse die). Herman pl. VI, 1. Rare of very charming style. Struck slightly off center and with minor marks, otherwise, good very fine.
