Pharsalos. Mid-late 5th century BC. Hemidrachm (Silver, 15mm, 2.77 g 1). Head of Athena to right, wearing an earring and a crested Attic helmet adorned with three coiled serpents. Rev. ΦA-R Horse's head to right; all within incuse square. BCD 632. Lavva 16. With a charming head of Athena. Tiny scratch above the eye and a minor flan fault on the reverse, otherwise, good very fine.
