Neapolis. Circa 300-275 BC. Didrachm or Nomos (Silver, 21mm, 7.40 g). Diademed head of Parthenope to right, wearing pendant earring and pearl necklace; below truncation, XAPI; to left, kantharos. Rev. NEOΠOΛITΩN Man-headed bull walking right; above, Nike flying right, placing wreath on bull's head; below, K. HN III 569. SNG ANS 356. A niceley toned example of fine style. Reverse struck slightly off center, otherwise, very fine.
