Durocasses. Circa 50-30 BC. Unit (Potin, 17mm, 2.82 g 11), 'Aux croisettes' type. Celticized head to left, with curly hair. Rev. Abstract horse, reduced to a horizontal volute with two crosses below; above, three pellets above an upturned arc above a cross; below, ground line with vertical striations. Blanchet, Traité des Monnaies gauloises, Fig. 559. DT 2508A. Gäumann 184. Rare. A lovely example with a dark green patina. About extremely fine.
