Knidos. Circa 449-411 BC. Drachm (Silver, 17mm, 6.18 g 9). Forepart of lion to right, with open jaws and outstretched right paw. Rev. Diademed head of Aphrodite to right. Cahn 86 (V40/R59). SNG Keckman 135 (same dies). A nicely toned example of powerful classical style. Slight granularity, otherwise, good very fine.
