Lucania

Thourioi. Circa 400-350 BC. Stater (Silver, 22mm, 7.44 g 1). Head of Athena to right, wearing crested Attic helmet adorned with Skylla to right. Rev. ΘΟΥΡΙΩΝ Bull with lowered head butting to right; in exergue, fish to right. HN III 1799-1802. Corrosion on the obverse, otherwise, very fine.
