Marcus Aurelius, as Caesar, 139-161. Sestertius (Orichalcum, 33mm, 27.95 g 6), Rome, 151-152. AVRELIVS CAESAR AVG PII FIL Bare-headed and draped bust of Marcus Aurelius to right. Rev. TR POT VI COS II / S - C Minerva, helmeted, standing left, holding Victory set on globe in her right hand and spear and shield with her left. BMC 1910 (Antoninus Pius). Cohen 637. RIC 1301 (Antoninus Pius). A lovely example with a beautiful dark green patina. Minor deposits on obverse, otherwise, about extremely fine.
