Saloninus, as Caesar, 258-260. Antoninianus (Silver, 25mm, 4.53 g 6), Rome. LIC COR SAL VALERIANVS N CAES Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Saloninus to right. Rev. PRINC IVVENT / P Prince, in military dress, standing front, his head turned to left, holding globe in his right hand and spear or scepter in his left; to his feet to left, captive. Cohen 63. MIR 275i. RIC 28 var. (ensign instead of globe). Nicely toned and struck on a broad flan. Flan crack, otherwise, very fine.
