Divus Maximianus, died 310. Follis (Bronze, 20mm, 2.94 g 1), Rome, struck under Constantine I, 317-318. DIVO MAXIMIANO SEN FORT IMP Laureate and veiled head of Maximianus to right. Rev. REQVIES OPTIMOR MERIT / RT Maximianus seated left on curule chair, raising his right hand and holding scepter in his left. RIC 104. A well-centered and clear piece with a dark green patina. Good very fine.
