A pair of well preserved Roman Gold Earrings. 2nd-4th Century BC. Each is comprised of two elements, the twisted hoop with hook and eye clasp which fixes into the ear, and a tiered cluster of small bulbs (sometimes refered to as the grape" design) which is fixed to the underside of the hoop. 3.05g total weight, 27-29mm.
