MYSIA, Kyzikos. Circa 550-450 BC. EL Hekte – Sixth Stater (10mm, 2.62 g). Forepart of ram left; to right, tunny upward / Quadripartite incuse square. Cf. Von Fritze I 46 (unlisted denomination); cf. Boston MFA 1420 = Warren 1556 (stater); SNG BN –; Jameson 2166 = SNG von Aulock 1175; CNG 103, lot 198. VF, slightly off center. Very rare as a hekte.
