Theodosius II. AD 402-450. Æ (21mm, 4.77 g, 6h). Constantinople mint. Struck circa AD 437. Pearl-diademed, helmeted, draped, and cuirassed bust right, holding spear and shield / Theodosius and Valentinian standing facing, each holding spear and supporting long cross between them; [CO]NS. RIC X 460; LRBC 2231. VF, dark green-brown patina with touches of red. Rare, and very nice for issue.
