Saloninus caesar, 255 – 259

Saloninus as caesar usually looks younger than his brother Valerian II. I can only see one portrait type, which is continued on his very rare coins as augustus. AMP.

Light iridescent tone, reverse from a worn die, otherwise extremely fine
