The Roman Empire
Carausius, 287 – 293

The portrait types of Carausius and Allectus of the British Gallic empire follow the styles of their local predessessors of the Gallic empire. Their portraits are a bit more stylised, but they still incorporate individual features such as specific beard styles, and remain recognisable as individuals. AMP.
