Republic Yuan Shih-kai "Military Issue" Dollar Year 3 (1914) VF35 PCGS, KM-Y329 type. Military - Warlord - Issue (ca. 1930-33). Reeded Edge. An extremely crude recreation of the 1914 Yuan Shih-kai dollar, supposedly produced from 1930-1933 by the Communist army. Crudely produced, with details similar to the "Kansu" variety, (L&M-63D) of this type. The strike is very soft, with notable doubling around Yuan Shih-kai's portrait. The surfaces display mottled russet patina, with a number of noticeable contact marks. Very scarce.
