Facing bust of Yuan Shih-kai in military attire and tall, plumed hat. Rev. Value within wreath. A Choice Mint State example, with bright luster and a touch of gold-russet patina. The strike is superb and only a very few tiny marks are noted. An excellent example of the grade.
