People's Republic gold Proof "Zhang Daqian" 50 Yuan 1999 PR69 Deep Cameo PCGS, KM1245, Cheng page 266, #1, commemorating master painter Zhang Daqian. Included is the original case and COA # 4206. A superb example of this rectangular commemorative issue, with gleaming cameo contrast and no apparent flaws. This piece appears to be much scarcer than the mintage of 6,000 pieces might indicate, as very few examples of the type appear in the marketplace.
