A PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ strongly embossed Specimen that displays a fictitious printed date and a fictitious roulette cancel date of "34 5 68." Some believe that fictitious dates on these notes were used only as place holders just to show how the the note would look when completely printed.
