Netherlands Indies Imperial Japanese Government 10 Roepiah ND (1944) Pick 131a. The Japanese Government issued two different sets for what is today Indonesia - one written in Dutch and denominated in Gulden and a second written in Indonesian and denominated in Roepiah. This was a way to show the Indonesians the Japanese government was assisting their fight for independence against the Dutch. PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.
