H. Bolton, and with related lapel fitting, extremely fine. London Gazette: 13 September 1921: Medical Officer Shanghai-Nanking Railway. Norman Hay Bolton practiced medicine in Shanghai, as well as being Chief Medical Officer of the Shanghai-Nanking Railway he was also commissioned Lieutenant in the Shanghai Volunteer Corps in January 1916, subsequently resigning his commission and transferring to the Shanghai Volunteer Light Horse as a Trooper.
