Laureate head right / Commodus, in priestly attire, standing left before bust of Serapis set on low cippus, sacrificing over lighted altar; K-∆ across field, [L] in exergue. Köln 2212-3 var. (obv. legend); Dattari (Savio) 9553; K&G 41.49; Emmett 2529.24. VF, dark brown patina, a couple spots of verdigris.
