NETHERLANDS EAST INDIES: AR silver bar, ND (ca. 1750), 28.45 troy oz. silver bar recovered from the Bredenhof shipwreck, crudely shaped (roughly 134 x 38 x 23mm), some corrosion from saltwater contact, lightly toned, with certificate of authenticity, EF. The Bredenhof was a Dutch East India Company ship that was wrecked in the Mozambique Channel on June 6, 1753, and was salvaged in June 1986.
