Watch List notes:

ZEELAND: AR 28 stuivers, KM-4.1, "bundle of arrows" countermarked twice on a Deventer Florin of 1684 (KM-79), edge split from striking, Fine, ex Ponterio & Associates Sale 146, Lot 2211. By 1694 there were a significant number of lightweight debased coins in circulation and the countermark of seven bonded arrows was applied to coins of good weight and fineness.
