This design is rare in issued from and very scarce as a specimen. This note shows with all the detail the design could offer with lovely definition of the large guilloches at left and right center and intricate border design. Large even margins frame the design nicely and well embossed original paper is noted. The reverse vignette of elephants bathing looks tremendous and all we note are punch cancels through the signature panels. PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.
