One of the most popular series within collectible banknotes as this BWC design shows the superior artistic talent employed by the banknote company. The large format allowed for incredible detail with the vignette of a warrior standing at left observed boxed within an ornate frame. Lion at upper center with bank name within scroll style engraving. Large multicolored guilloche at center and bank building at right. A geometrically intense back design is seen with a near border to border under-print with denomination and bank name repeated. The appeal of an EF piece is largely present and it seems just one too many faint folds prevent an AU grade. PMG Choice Extremely Fine 45.
