Saigon. This note is one of an important quartet of early French Indo-China pieces we are offering and has grade we have never before seen for the catalog number. The note borders on an Extremely Fine state with light even circulation and striking detail remaining throughout. Close inspection reveals nicely embossed overprints and just a speck of rust at the staple hole at right. PMG mentions Minor Rust in the comments section of the holder. PMG Choice Very Fine 35 Net.
