Payable at Teheran Only. A low grade example of this desirable 1 Tomans design in the second serial type for the series featuring black serial numbers. A few harder folds are likely the reason for the knock down in grade, as notes typical found in VG indicate that they are falling apart, and this note is mostly in tact with the exception to the very small hole at center where all of the folds meet. WBG Very Good 10.
