This BWC design is as flawless and problem free as possible, with perforated specimen punched above each of the signature panels. A printer's annotation dated September 1911 is in the top margin towards the left of center. According to the PMG census, only 5 of these pieces have been certified in specimen form. None of which have been given an EPQ designation, except for this one. Thus, this example is without question the finest known specimen of the type. This would be a great pairing with the issued 100 Tomans we also have offered in this sale. PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.
