This is the second Color Trial Specimen of the same series we are privileged to offer in this sale. Seen with the Tiger's Head watermark present and a red "SPECIMEN" overprint at center just above the punch cancellation. Colorful lathe design with greens, blues, purples, and oranges meshing together in a gradient fashion. PMG also mentions the note was Previously Mounted in the comments section of the holder, which again is commonly seen on Color Trials. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 Net. Previously Mounted.
