A highly sought after 50 Rials Specimen that we are offering in a PMG 67 Superb Gem. This note is exceptionally rare as PMG has only graded two, this note being the finer of them. This note has no punch cancellation. It does however have an abundance of red overprints. Well centered with an ornate border and a very vibrant colorway. Great registration also cementing its validation for Gem status. PMG Superb Gem Uncirculated 67 EPQ.
