SPECIMEN perforations, serial numbers, and punch cancels. One of the more sought after series produced by TDLR and this 5 Rupias note exhibits strong embossing of the inks, wonderful color, and nice margins. A bit of damage at one of the punch cancels and some pinholes at upper left are noted for accuracy. Extremely Fine.
