MIXED LOTS. Lot of (116) Ptolemaic Bronzes, ca. 3rd to 2nd Century B.C. VERY FINE to EXTREMELY FINE.
A lovely grouping of Ptolemaic Bronze issues, mostly AE Diobols. The iconic motifs usually display either Zeus-Ammon's head or Cleopatra as Isis on the obverse and an eagle (sometimes two) perched on a thunderbolt. Some greenish-blue patina present, though this is only present on 5-10% of the group. Overall a wholesome grouping which is sure to delight the winning bidder. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS. VERY FINE to EXTREMELY FINE.
