Laureate and cuirassed bust of Caracalla facing right, cuirass adorned with Gorgoneion; Reverse: Caracalla on horseback facing right, head looking left, receiving acclamation, solider behind walking right, before Caracalla, statue of Aesculapius. Countermark present (though somewhat muddled) on the obverse just before the bust, the commonly seen mark for this series is a wreath. Edge flaw.
