Fr-unlisted; KM-unlisted. A VERY RARE and quite possibly UNIQUE essai of the railroad design. Unlike other platinum and palladium strikings of this design this piece features a completely frosted obverse save for the recessed denomination. The reverse has the same brilliant mirrored fields and frosted devices as other patterns of this type. Free of any detracting marks. A treasure to the collector of modern patterns.
